T.M.C. has partnered with Habitat for Humanity to build three homes on Maui.

Waiohuli Self Help
T.M.C. has worked with Self‐Help Housing Corporation of Hawaii in assisting low income families build their own homes.

ARC of Maui County
Tom is a volunteer consultant to ARC of Maui. He is helping them navigate the County process and advising on building costs, schedules etc. as it relates to building a residence on Molokai for people with diasabilities.

Maui Contractors Association
Tom served as president of the Maui Contractors Association for three consecutive 1‐year terms and remains on their board today.

Maui County General Plan Advisory Committee
Tom has served on the Maui County General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC) for 3.5 years as a representative from the Haiku area.
