Waiohuli - Hawaiian Homelands

TMC is contracted with the State of Hawaii, Department of Hawaiian Homelands for 20 Turn-Key Homes in the Waiohuli subdivision in Kula. Congratulations to the 20 families who were awarded these homes.

We are using Miyake's 1208 (traditional wood-framed) house package for the first 16:

3-Bedroom, 2-Bath
Double Carport
Option of Slab on Grade or Post & Pier

By enclosing the 10'x4' porch we gained an additional 40sf of dining area making it a 1248 model

The remaining 4 homes will be Island Concrete's PermaWall version of the same house plan. The PermaWall system utilizes a pre-cast concrete and polystyrene-insulated wall panel for the exterior walls instead of the traditional wood-framed exteriors.
